NP Van Cash Sales – customer only required to provide IC copy to open account, how about after the implementation of e-invoice?

Once the e-Invoice is fully implemented, the Buyer is required to provide their TIN regardless the customer is a van cash sales or 1-time-walk-in-customer as long as they request an e-Invoice to substantiate their expense / purchase.  As in GST era, it is recommended to request customer to fill a Consent Letter to provide their TIN with other details.
