What is the treatment if container arrived found short or damages?

Status quo.  There is no different in treatment for shipment variance claims.  Harrisons shall submit shipment variance claim using Free Text/Non-Product Invoice, such Invoice shall be converted to e-Invoice and submitted to IRBM for validation.
